Shipping policy
All shipping charges include fees associated with shipping and handling.
FREE In-store pickup
You can skip shipping fees with free local pickup at any of the three Aurora Sewing Center store locations. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and typically be ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Our in-store pickup hours are regular business hours Monday through Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Shipping
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation e-mail. You will receive another notification and associated tracking number (if being shipped) when your order has shipped.
Note, potential delays in shipping with the postal service are outside of our control.
Shipping & Handling Rates and Estimates
Shipping & handling charges for your order will be auto-calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you place your order.
Free Ground Shipping in the continental USA is available on select products when the online order's total is greater than $150. Exclusions to free ground shipping: longarm quilting machines; multi-needle and single-needle embroidery machines; Koala, Horn and Tailormade cabinets and furniture; used trade-in machines; and kits for Aurora Sewing Center classes.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. You will also receive separately a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 to 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation e-mail, please e-mail us at ORDERS@aurorasewingcenter.com with your name, order number, product expected, and we will look into it for you and get back to you as soon as possible.
