Join us on Wednesday, September 11 at our Victor location (11 Framark Drive in Victor) from 10 am to 5 pm to learn essential embroidery techniques, including how to choose the right stabilizer, hooping placement, and more from an embroidery expert. You will also learn how to create exciting project techniques like freestanding lace, tiling scenes, applique, quilting in the hoop, and try new innovative embroidery accessories. The beautiful embroidery samples and projects will inspire you, and you’ll learn tips to make your embroidery stress-free and fun! This seminar is perfect for embroiderers of all skill levels and embroidery machine types.

Meet your Instructor, Lisa! 

In 2015, Lisa Wilberding co-founded The Quilter's Trunk in Chicago. Since then, she has shared her passion for sewing, teaching and enjoyed meeting new people.

Originally from the Bay Area in California, Lisa has called many places her home such as Michigan, New Jersey, and London. Her family has been fortunate to travel with her husband, Tom's career. Lisa has three kids; the first two are in their mid-twenties and the baby is in high school along with an adorable mutt, Hazel, who keeps them on their toes just as much as their teenager! 

Outside of sewing, she and her family are very musical. Her favorite thing is listening to them sing and play their instruments.
