The "on the go" Reading Pillow, also called the Pocket Pillow is a fun and quick book pillow to sew.  It makes a great gift! The pattern includes two sizes: One that will fit an 18" pillow, and one that will fit a standard size bed pillow.  Also included are appliqué instructions and appliqué patterns for the entire alphabet so you can customize each pillow with the recipient's name!
