This Janome High Speed, Straight Stitch 1/4-inch Ruler Foot is specifically designed to use for ruler work. The key point of the foot is the 1/4-inch cup height which moves smoothly alongside the quilting ruler without allowing the ruler to slide over or under the foot. The needle drops a 1/4 inch away from the ruler to create the quilting line.

This foot is designed to fit the Janome HD9 QCP, HD9, HDV9, HD8 and 1600P which are high shank machines.  This foot also id designed to work with the Juki, Baby Lock and Brother straight stitch machines too!   Fits most high shank sewing machines.
