Victor- Panel Attic Window Quilt (11.7.26)

Turn any panel into an Attic Window Quilt. I will teach you how to square up the panel and cut it into smaller rectangles for your windows. I have techniques to keep it all organized after we cut up the panel. So, get your favorite panel out and add some fabrics for the windowpanes, a light, medium, and dark shade.
