Everyone at the Aurora Sewing center is always super friendly and helpful! I have gotten all of my sewing machines from them. They always help me with my questions from my machine, to techniques, to material choices. They love seeing finished projects and are always so supportive no matter your skill level. It’s basically a store/community right out of an Hallmark movie and I enjoy my time visiting there. They also helped me with machine repairs as needed and are recently being super patient with me as I begin my journey longarm quilting.

Excellent selection of sewing machines, material, and notions! The staff is also friendly and knowledgeable. I’m thankful to have such a nice small business to purchase my supplies from.

I go here at least once a week. They are amazing. The one on one you get is an asset. They are all very knowledgeable and friendly. When you walk in the door it is like going to a friend’s house. They’re interested to see what you are working on. Customer service is the best. I came in with a machine issue. Katy knows that the mechanic Jim is going out of town, so she spent about an 1 1/2 hours getting my machine to work. Because of her efforts I was able to get it fixed without having to let the machine sit there. Thanks for all you do Katy.

Lovely place, well worth the ~1h drive from my house!! Smart, friendly, helpful staff (Hi, Lani!) got me the part I needed while I browsed the astounding collection of machines and SO MANY fabric bolts on offer. So pleased to turn my business to such a solid establishment. First on my list of purchase options going forward!!

I have sewed intermittently while raising our four children, including a child with special needs. I’m so happy to have found Aurora and look forward to the drive in to relax and see the fall foliage! Shelley has been such a great encourager to me as an instructor. Shelley’s skill and knowledge and fun way of teaching has helped me gain more confidence and get back into the hobby I so love and am happy to do again!!
